Caspuslar contracture? Bottoming out? Will I ever be able to achieve the look I want? (Photos)

I had a breast awhn I was 24 years old and I am now 26 years old. I noticed immediately after surgery something was not right with my left breast and overtime it has just got worse. I went for an in person consultation last summer and was told I would need a lift and it was also a capsular contracture. I was also told my right breast is bottoming out a bit as well. I hate them both and I also want to go larger. Will this fix my issue and should I get the galaflex mesh too? What else do you think I will need? Thank you!
